Roots Party deputy presidential candidate Justina Wamae has asked for a job opportunity from president-elect William Ruto after his win was upheld.

While congratulating Ruto and his deputy-elect Rigathi Gachagua, she asked them to give her a job, she is ready to serve.

“Justina Wamae is humbled, thank you Mr President William Ruto and Rigathi Gachagua. The Bible says, speak the truth, my truth is naomba kazi. Am ready to serve Singoei Korir Kenya Iko Imara,”she said.

This will be the second time that Wamae publicly asks for a job opportunity from Ruto.

Wamae asked for an opportunity to serve the youth.

“Congratulations Ruto and Rigathi on your victory. As the representative of the Kenyan youth, I will support in any way I can to achieve a financially secure Kenya that is dignified across the globe,” she said then.

This led to a fallout between her and the party leader George Wajackoyah.

It was alleged that Wamae was misrepresenting the party's stand.

The party appointed Yagnik Vinod Ramji as the deputy in an acting capacity.
