The Presiding officer in Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga's polling station has lost his original Form 34A.

In a video seen by the Star, the PO who was explaining to agents at the Kibera constituency tallying centre in Upper hill said he lost the forms as he moved his ballot papers for clearance at the tallying centre.

David Diang'a, who was the PO of stream 8 at Old Kibera polling station, said that he had the documents which were in an envelope.

"I had them in an envelope and I had a bag and as I was manning my ballots but as I was pushing them in here for clearance, but when I got here, unfortunately, I didn't have the form," he said.

The constituency Returning Officer, however, said he would rely on the data they had received, adding that the law allows for the re-opening of the ballots, but only in the presence of the agents who were available.

He added that the PO will be available to answer any questions that might need clarification.
