Benjamin Gathiru re-elected as Embakasi Central MP

IEBC has declared Benjamin Gathiru alias Mejjadonk as the MP elect for Embakasi Central.

He garnered 48,277 votes against his opponent Samuel Ng'ang'a Mwangi from the Jubilee Party who got 29,375 votes.

Gathiru has won the seat under the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party.

Mwangi had conceded defeat on Wednesday before the official winner was declared
