Rongai MP Raymond Moi has said it was saddening to find that there were no ballot papers for MP in Rongai Constituency.

He said the suspension of MP elections might cause voter apathy in Rongai and affect the votes, including the presidential poll.

Moi claimed there was foul play in the issue, adding that this was not the first time elections in his area had issues.

He cited 2017 when his results were delayed by three days.

The incumbent who is seeking a third term claimed that it was not the first time Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission had tried to rig him out.
