Is an agency responsible for compensation of some sort to the public frustrating claimants? The body is said to be delaying billions meant for Kenyans amid outrage over the slow pace of its operations and procedures. Apparently, the top management, including the CEO, are said to be aloof and not communicating in any form with the public about their claims. In fact, there has been no word from the agency, months after the the public filed their claims. Could the responsible authorities awaken this sleeping giant to save Kenyans from more pain?
