A few months ago, Jamal sent Amber best wishes on her birthday and Amira announced that she was officially a single mother.
Amira told Jamal to prepare divorce papers, saying she will not let him disrespect her a second time.
"As from today, kindly consider me a single mum. Jamal Rohosafi, get that divorce paper ready," she posted.
Amber Ray also publicly split from Jamal months ago after a controversial relationship that saw the socialite trade insults with Amira.
Speaking to Word Is yesterday, Jamal said no case was filed.
He confirmed that he separated from both women, Amber Ray and Amira, but it was done verbally.
"I left both Amber and Amira. There is no divorce case in any court. We separated verbally. Kila mtu aende zake like grown-up people," he said.
"I can never lie that there is a case anywhere yet I don't know about the future," he said.
Jamal is alleged to be dating one of his employees, Michelle Wangari.
Michelle is a junior staff at Huduma Credit Limited – a micro-lending company that he runs.
The two have been spotted together of late and spent last weekend in Kajiado.

In one of the photos, Michelle was seated next to a White Ranger Rover that belongs to the businessman.
She captioned it: "Dear Lord, provide for who’s recently planning to make me smile in any way."
But Jamal has rubbished the claims.
"I am still very single. Wangari is my best friend and I am not dating her," he said.
"If I will want to date her, I will let people know about it but for now watu waache guesswork. We are just good friends."
