Ruto heads to Coast as Raila launches Mandera charm offensive

Deputy President William Ruto will on Saturday take his campaigns to Kwale and Mombasa counties.

During his tour of these regions, Ruto who is seeking the presidency on a United Democratic Alliance ticket will first hold an Economic forum at Baraza Park in Kwale.

He will then hold a rally at the Tononoka Grounds before going for a Town Hall meeting with area church leaders.

Azimio la Umoja One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga will also take his campaigns to the North eastern region, where he will campaign in Mandera county.

This comes a day after he held an Azimio Council meeting where they looked at their campaign strategy.

After the meeting, Raila's running mate Martha Karua campaign in Nakuru where he held a meeting with the Agikuyu community, as well as Azimio aspirants in the county.

In the last week, Raila has campaigned in Isiolo, Marsabit, Samburu, Kajiado, Kiambu, Meru and Murang'a counties.
