Azimio La Umoja presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga will present his nomination papers to the electoral agency today.
Raila is expected to present the papers to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission at 10 am, Bomas of Kenya.
Raila, whose running mate for the August election is Martha Karua, will however first join the faithful at All-Saints Cathedral for a church service from 8 am.
President Uhuru Kenyatta is likely to attend the same service.
After presenting the papers to IEBC, Raila is scheduled to hold a rally at Undugu grounds in Lang’ata constituency.
According to a statement by Raila’s presidential campaign secretariat press secretary Dennis Onsarigo, the former PM will then leave for Nakuru for roadside rallies starting at 2pm.
He is also scheduled to hold a rally at Mazembe grounds, Bondeni area in Nakuru at 4pm.
On Monday, Raila is scheduled to launch the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition party manifesto at Nyayo National Stadium.
Kenya Kwanza presidential candidate William Ruto was cleared to contest in the August polls by IEBC on Saturday.
Ruto, whose running mate is Rigathi Gachagua, after being cleared asked the commission to remain fair while executing its mandate.
"I'm delighted to receive the certificate that will allow me and my deputy to participate in the August polls. Mr Chairman, we're committed to the code of conduct we have signed... We are confident that you are up to the task and we will work with you diligently," he said.
