Having a hard time looking for the delete Instagram account button in settings can be quite a frustrating thing.
Some Instagram users may have the deletion option in their iOS or Android app settings. However, with these simple steps, you can now breathe a sigh of relief.
Step 1
Open the Instagram webpage through a mobile or desktop browser. Instagram currently states that there is no other way to delete accounts from within the application.
Step 2
After logging in to your account, proceed to your profile page at the top of the page click the “Edit Profile” option.
Step 3
A new page will show up, the drop-down Menu provides several reasons for the permanent deletion of your Instagram account. Choose a reason from the drop-down menu.
Step 4
Then tap on the “Delete” button to verify your choice. Give a reason and you are done.
