DCI extends service to less fortunate children in Kasarani

As the country celebrates Easter Holiday, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations extended its generosity to the less fortunate.

Detectives from the Serious Crimes Unit and Corporate Communication representing the DCI family visited vulnerable children at Bishop Luigi Locati Children’s Home in Zimmerman, Kasarani sub-county.

According to the DCI, they spent the whole afternoon with the little angels and shared a meal in a demonstration of love and compassion for the less fortunate.

Additionally, the team shared non-food items and a sum of money meant to assist in meeting the educational needs of the children.

DCI boss George Kinoti was represented by John Gachomo, who is in charge of the investigations bureau.

Gachomo was accompanied by the head of the Serious Crimes unit Obadiah Kuria and staff members from his unit among others.

"We are all called upon to be mindful of our neighbours and meet them in their time of need," DCI said.
