Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition party gazetted

The Registrar of Political Party Ann Nderitu has gazetted the Azimio La Umoa One Kenya Coalition Party as one of the coalition parties in the country.

Through the gaazette notice No. 4442 dated April 14, Nderitu also said that the coalition's symbol and the slogan has been gazetted.

Its symbol is a Five Stars against a blue background in the midst of the words Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party.

The coalition party has been listed with 26 parties as constituent parties forming it.

The slogan is Azimio: Inawezekana.

The colours of the coalition is Blue, Orange and White, with Azimio as abbreviation.

Official website of the Azimio is www.azimiolaumojaonekenya.co.ke.

The official head offie of the coalition is Azimio House, HouseNo.105 at the Dennis Pritt Road, Nairobi.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has been listed as the Coalition Council chairman of the Azimio, with Raila Odinga as the Party leader and Coalition Council member.

Coalition Council Members are Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Gideon Moi of Kanu, Ali Hassan Joho, Sabina Chege, Naomi Shaban, Martha Karua, Charity Ngilu, Wafula Wamunyinyi, and Abdi Noor Omar.

Suna East MP Junet Mohamed is the Azimio secretary general.

The national coalition Executive Council of the Azimio include: Wycliffe Oparanya, Edan Keynan, Ken Nyaundi, David Murathe, Enoch Wambua, David Pkosing, Lucy Nyoroka Mworia, Mishi Mboko, Naisula Lesuuda,Abdul Haji, Maoka Maore, Junet, Opiyo Wandayi, Isabella Wangechi, Caroline Wanjiru Karugu, Rose Museo Mumo, Solomon Kuria, and Raphael Tuju as its Executive Director.

This brings to an end the squabble within the Azimio that had threatened to slit it.
