A 35-year-old man was on Thursday killed after he was found pants down with another man’s wife.
According to the DCI, Edwin Komen of Ukwala in Keringet, Kuresoi South Sub-county, was killed at around 2 pm.
The woman’s husband is said to have slashed Komen three times on his head after he found him with his wife in his house.
The 53-year-old man allegedly killed the deceased on the spot.
DCI added that the said woman fled from the scene after the incident.
“The woman fled the scene to nearby farms and hasn’t been seen again,” DCI reported.
DCI further said the villagers were shocked after witnessing the crime.
Area Chief Peter Langat called on the villagers to be law-abiding and not take the law into their own hands in such circumstances.
The suspect is currently at Keringet Police Station awaiting arraignment.
