The Supreme Court of Kenya is currently issuing its ruling on an appeal against the Court of Appeal ruling on the Building Bridges Initiative constitution amendment.

2. The president is not permitted to initiate constitutional changes through popular initiative.
3. Second schedule is unconstitutional because there was no public participation.
4. Civil proceedings can't be instituted against the president during their tenure of office.
5. IEBC had quorum.
