[PHOTOS] Wajir team complete! DP Ruto meets UDA aspirants in Karen

Our formidable Kenya Kwanza team for Wajir County is now complete, DP William Ruto has said.

Ruto was speaking when he received Wajir officials in Karen on Saturday.

He welcomed Shallow Abdulla (Senate), Mohammed Elmi, (Deputy Governor) and Nasri Sahal (Women Rep).

Ruto also welcomed Nairobi nominated MCA Nimo Omar Haji to the party.

Present were Ahmed Mukhtar (Governor), MP Mohamed Kolosh and former Senator Abdirahman Ali Hassan.

Sahal was part of the team that met Ruto a month ago at his Karen residence, Nairobi.

Those present included; MP aspirant on UDA ticket Abdulahi Yusuf, Senate aspirant Abbas Sheikh who is running for a seat on the UDA ticket were present.

The meeting happened days after Ruto jetted back to the country after his 12-day tour in the USA, and the United Kingdom.

The DP jetted back on March 10, 2022, with ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi as well as the Kenya Kwanza Alliance delegates who accompanied him.
