Raila, Ngilu march to Bomas for PNU NDC

PNU NDC had resolved to back the ODM boss in the race to succeed Uhuru.

ODM boss Raila Odinga and his  Narc counterpart  Charity Ngilu have arrived at the Bomas of Kenya for the PNU National Delegates Conference.

The opposition chief had earlier attended Cyrus Jirongo's UDP NDC at Multimedia University College of Kenya

Accompanying Raila to Bomas were  Ngilu, former Westlands MP Fred Gumo and ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna.

Earlier, PNU NDC had resolved to back the ODM boss in the race to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.

"The Party resolved that PNU joins the Azimio La Umoja Movement for the purpose of 2022 elections," read part of the resolution.

The party also resolved to enter into a working relationship with President Uhuru Kenyatta's ruling Jubilee party and other like-minded parties.

The resolution was proposed by Jackson Muriki and seconded by Philemona Wairimu.
