Raila arrives in Bamba as he begins Kilifi tour

On Sunday, the former PM will be in Mombasa county.

ODM leader Raila Odinga has arrived in Bamba for a three-day tour of the Coast region.

The ODM leader received former Ganze MP Francis Baya to the party.

Baya, who was a powerful PC, is vying for the Kilifi governor seat on an ODM ticket.

In 2013, he vied for the seat on a Federal Party of Kenya.

Raila was accompanied by MPs, senators and governors including; Kanini Kega, Junet Mohammed, Stanley Muthama, Ledama ole Kina, Gladys Wanga, Abdulswamad Nassir, Getrude Mbeyu, Hassan Joho, Stewart Madzayo, Teddy Mwambire, among other leaders.

From Bamba, he will hold other rallies in Mariakani, Kaloleni, Rabai and wrap up the day at Mazeras.

On Sunday, the former PM will be in Mombasa County.

The former Prime Minister left the country for a week-long trip to Ethiopia on February 4, to attend the African Union summit meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

He jetted back to the country on Friday and headed to the Bomas of Kenya to grace the joint National Delegates Convetion for Muungano and Narc parties.
