A 56-year-old man is nursing serious injuries at Nyambene hospital in Meru county after his wife allegedly chopped off one of his testicles.
The incident occurred at their home in Akolone village, Igembe North Constituency.
The woman, Karambu Meme who is in her mid-40s attacked her husband, Meme Kabati for supposedly failing to satisfy her sexually.
Ntunene area Assistant chief Edward Mutalii who confirmed the incident said after receiving the disturbing news, he rushed to the scene only to find parts of the victim’s testicles lying on the ground.
Family members present revealed that the woman constantly subjected the victim to painful squeezing of his manhood, complaining that he had never satisfied her.
The suspect is in police custody awaiting arraignment.
