A politician with eyes trained on succeeding a governor from Western Kenya has shifted to the Raila Odinga ODM side. The man, who is joining politics from the corporate world, had hinted that he would vie under the William Ruto-led UDA party. Following his apparent shift to ODM, those  aspiring to be his running mates have followed in tow and openly support ODM to 'win his heart'. A small bird whispers to Corridors that the man has simply changed after cutting a good deal with crucial players in his new home on how they would form the government should he win the highly competitive seat.

Is a rogue agency responsible for issuing fake return tickets for Kenyans working in Saudi Arabia? It is been claimed that the employment agency could have issued fake return tickets to some Kenya women who travelled to the Middle East country in search of greener pastures. Things turned ugly after some Kenyan nationals were arrested in Saudi Arabia. They were accused of presenting fake travel documents that were apparently issued by the agency in Nairobi upon their travel in 2019. The more than a dozen women have been locked up by the Saudi authorities for committing various offences in respect to presenting the fake return air-tickets. Sadly, the agency in Nairobi is yet to make contact with its counterparts in Saudi to correct the situation so that the women can be released from jail.

Days could be numbered for a double-dealing politician from Western following a concerted effort by his rivals to smoke him out. Those after the vocal politician with governor's ambitions say he has been secretly supporting an aspirant of a competing party in the region. Suspicion follows findings that the man has been sending persons associated with his camp to his ‘project’s’ events in a predictable pattern. Corridors is told that the youthful politician opted to back the project out of fears his party may not sponsor him for the new seat he has been eyeing.
