The crying foul of judges over alleged threats and intimidation by the National Intelligence Services will hinder justice delivery.

The International Commission of Jurists-Kenya's concerns over the interference will water down the successes gained over the years.

Tapping of calls or any form of communications of judges on certain decisions should be condemned in the strongest terms possible

The Judiciary must not bend laws in favour of the high and the mighty in society.

The wheels of justice at alls cost must be allowed to be on free mode whether the decisions are in favour or otherwise.

The bad blood that has been experienced between Judiciary and the Executive should not be entertained.

Judiciary as an arm of the government must not be viewed as a alone ranger in the quest of good service delivery by the sitting government.

Instead, it should be one of the pillars that drive the agenda of making all persons feel they belong to this nation.

The courts are the last resort for both politicians and the common man, so its independence should never be questioned.

The government is deemed to have failed if the Judiciary is tainted.

Making decisions in favour of the government of the day is as dangerous as treason.
