A police officer who investigated fraud at a key parastatal in the country is in tears after he was moved to Turkana to enable him to 'expand' his experience. He and his colleagues believe those he investigated and exposed are behind the transfer that comes at a time when the agency is under focus for poor service delivery. The massive wrongdoings he unearthed are apparently being used to make changes at the agency and he thinks he is being punished for this. Would Inspector General Hillary Mutyambai (pictured) come to the rescue of the troubled office and demoralised officer?

A female politician from Mt Kenya has lately been warming up to a rival camp. Ever since her partnership with a senior public servant, she has slowed down her hustler nation activities. While our mole says the collaboration was strategic and could end by early next month, there are concerns within Deputy President William Ruto's camp that the politician may not resist the generosity offered by the Kieleweke team. It would be a major loss for the DP's Tangatanga wing if they lost the vocal lawmaker who has also been making fewer appearances at the Hustler's Mansion.

A prominent advocate from Western is nowhere to be found after a Mt Kenya governor lost millions of shillings. The county boss is now left between a rock and a hard place. The flamboyant advocate, known for huge business dealings in government circles, is also on the DCI radar over recent transactions involving large sums of money in a top-tier bank. The lawyer could soon find nowhere to hide once the DCI concludes investigations and moves in to have him face the law.

An aide to a senior public officer is having a tough time realising his own political ambitions. The handler has been using his position to intimidate his opponents in a parliamentary contest in one of the Nyanza counties. However, a decision by his boss to whittle down his influence has left him with egg on his face. His opponents are having a field day campaigning while he is confined to running errands at his boss's office. In an embarrassing episode, the boss sent a rival to deliver his donation during a funeral that the aide also attended. The move left no doubt that the aide has irretrievably fallen out with his boss and it is only a matter of time before the man is finally kicked out. The chickens are coming home to roost.
