Jubilee candidate Kariri Njama has disputed the outcome of the Kiambaa by-elections, saying the polls were married by irregularities.

He said he will move to court to dispute the results to make sure that every vote is counted again.

He claimed that the votes counted are not the real votes tallied as there were some polling stations that did not have Form 35 while being submitted to the returning officer and in another incident the Form 35 had not been marked clearly.

He said in some instances, votes were increased in their database and the returning officer could not explain.
