MultiChoice Kenya has announced that it's call centre is temporarily out of reach due to technical issue.

In a notice on Monday, MultiChoice notified customers of the hitch.

"Dear Customer, Our call centre is currently unreachable due to a technical issue. We are working to resolve the issue to ensure your favourite entertainment is restored," the notice read.

"We apologize for any inconvenience," the Digital Satellite Television added.

Last week, MultiChoice Kenya closed its Railways Service Centre effective March 25, 2021.

MultiChoice said customers can visit other branches which include; Junction, Sarit centre, T-mall, Greenspan and Rongai branch.

All are open from 8 am to 7 pm apart from Rongai which closes at 6 pm.
