Section of MPs allied to the Building Bridges Initiative now claims there is a plot to impeach President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The lawmakers, mostly from Raila Odinga's ODM claimed that the Naivasha Jubilee retreat agreed to start collecting signatures for the impeachment motion.
The two-day meeting was attended by lawmakers allied to Deputy President William Ruto.
Led by Minority Leader John Mbadi and Minority Whip Junet Mohammed, the leaders said they are ready and dared the Tangatanga team to bring it on.
"They discussed the impeachment of the President in the Naivasha meeting. Let them bring it to the house. We are waiting for them," Junet said.
The leaders also told the Ruto brigade that they are no longer welcomed in their BBI rallies.
