Kenya Power prepaid tokens system hitch resolved

The system hitch that affected the prepaid tokens generating platform throughout Saturday evening has been resolved,Kenya power has confirmed.

In a statement on Sunday,KPLC said the system engineers resolved the technical  on Sunday morning citing the system has been stable for the last six hours.

"Following a sustained system hitch affected our prepaid tokens generating platform last night, Kenya Power wishes to confirm that our engineers have successfully resolved the challenge,"read the statement.

The system has progressively sent out a backlog of tokens purchased by customers on Saturday and Sunday.
