Police are investigating a Meru Shuttle conductor who allegedly beat up a passenger and left him for dead in Nairobi.
Felix Mwingirwa is said to have beaten up the unidentified man for choosing a different shuttle on January 30.
"He smashed his head on the windscreen and then hit it on the steel metal barricade that cracked his skull," a witness said.
Good Samaritans called an ambulance that rushed the victim to Kenyatta National Hospital.

on Wednesday, the police service said:
"We have received Mwingirwa's case and are following up with the Central OCS."
The matter came to the limelight after Kenyans on social media demanded the arrest of the "untouchable" tout who reportedly brags about being well connected.
Mwingirwa
confessed to having police protection, an aspect said to have contributed to his arrogance and other behaviour.
Police noted he has been
charged three times with similar offences and that the cases have not yet been concluded.
It is said he lives a suspicious life in
Zimmerman and describes himself as "untouchable".
