The government has declared Wednesday
for Kenyans to prepare for the repeat presidential election on Thursday.
Acting Interior CS Fred Matiang'i made the announcement
gazette notice on Tuesday.
October 26 is also a public holiday.
Kenyans will go to the elections to choose between President Uhuru Kenyatta
and NASA chief Raila Odinga.
However, Raila has said he will boycott the polls as IEBC has failed to implement
the reforms he has been pushing following the cancelled August 8 vote.
The Opposition's NASA coalition said it will hold the mother of all protests on voting day to dispute the election.
