Judge me by what I have done, not my height or looks - Lusaka

Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka has asked residents not

judge him based on his shortness or physical appearance but on his job.

The Governor said that his development

record speaks for its self and asked his

three rivals to prepare for a bruising battle.

"I urge the residents to vote for me not based on my shortness or my face but on my development record," he said on Wednesday.

Lusaka said he has done a lot

to improve

roads, health, agriculuture, education and youths that has made Bungoma maintain the second position in best perfoming counties by Info track.

Three aspirants;

Alfred Khangati of ODM, Stephen Mutoro of ANC and Wyclife Wangamati of Ford Kenya.

He spoke at Kabuchai NG-CDF offices while distributing fertilizer for top dressing to vulnarable farmers.

He is seeking reelection on a Jubilee ticket.

Lusaka said that he has transfomed Bungoma for the four years he has been the first governor despite the teething problems he has been facing.

The governors rivals have often accused the governor of propagating over massive graft in various dockets of his governmnts in most cases refering to the whellbarrow scam.

Even if they abuse me how bad i will continue to serve my peole who have faith in me as there first governor and i will not reply them becise you did not send me to abuse you but to serve you.

I being the fisrt governor with no reference point have done alot to transform our county across the nine constiuencies.

''Like here in Chwele we have our chicken slaughter house, we have set up roads much surprisingly you find someone standing at Chwele market lights at nigt dialing a phone call to a friend in Nairobi saying Lusaka has done nothing on the ground while using the street lights we have put up,'' he said.

Lusaka urged the youths in western region not to be used by politicians from various parties to cause mayhem during the political campaighns in funerals and churches.
