Maseno School students on Wednesday took to the streets to protest the

interdiction of their principal Paul Otula.

Otula was of rampant sodomy at the institution.

The students who felt that injustice was being done to them boycotted the classes and demanded that their principal be reinstated.

Journalists were barred from covering the protests.

Police have been dispatched to the school to quell the situation.

Otula was interdicted following investigations into claims by a 16-year-old student that he had been sodomised by seniors at the school.

The boy's sister posted the allegations on social media, indicating that the brother was abused by form three and four boys but the school management did not inform them.

The principal denied claims that the boy was sodomised.
