The festival of Holi is known as the festival of colours. It is celebrated across the globe. Nairobi was no different. This weekend, East FM hosted the biggest Holi Party ‘Rang Barse’ in the country, from Fridayball the way to Sunday across three cities. Friday at Yul’s, Mombasa, Saturday at Simba Union, Nairobi, and Sunday at The Yacht Club, Kisumu.
The highlight of the party across three days was the famous Indian DJ Suketu, who spun some of the most amazing Bollywood mixes at the three venues.
The event began by people throwing powdered colour on each other to mark the celebration, after which the party was taken to the next level, as DJ Suketu took the stage. Hosted by Kenya’s Premier Asian Mix, East FM, the event was a big success.
