Kenya has yet to fully realise the reproductive health guarantees under Article 43 of the Constitution due to gaps in law, unclear policies and persistent community resistance, experts said at the Breathing Life into Article 43 colloquium in Nairobi.

The forum brought together scholars, civil society groups, state officials and members of the judiciary to review progress more than 14 years after Article 43 came into force.
