[PHOTOS] Gachagua takes morning walk in 'Home of Champions'

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua on Thursday took his morning walks in Eldoret, the Home of Champions.

According to the DP, he had a great time interacting with the warm, and hardworking people of Eldoret and Uasin Gishu County.

He said from the interactions, the people are ready to have the City of Eldoret.

"It was delightful taking my morning walk through the green leafy Eldoret town- the Home of Champions- ahead of its elevation to City Status. The walk was just before joining President William Ruto at State Lodge, Eldoret, as he welcomes home the Paris 2024 Olympics Champions.

"The beautiful city to be, is booming and top with businesses, posturing the huge potential of the people in propelling Eldoret to be the next strategic and economic frontier of our Nation," Gachagua said.

The DP has made it a routine to have morning walks, whenever he is in other towns on a working tour.
