President William Ruto on Thursday chaired a Cabinet meeting to be briefed on the Budget Statement to be read in the National Assembly.
Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was in attendance.
Ruto said that the financial and economic management of the affairs of the country is his top agenda.
"The policies, legal and economic measures we are taking are the necessary foundation for the transformation of Kenya," Ruto said.
