Interior CS Kithure Kindiki on Wednesday presided over the launch of the Fourth Medium Term Plan 2023-2027 in Chuka.
The MTP-IV is the final five-year plan under the Kenya Vision 2030.
Kenya Kwanza’s Bottom Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) is aligned with the Kenya Vision 2030 Plan.
It is aimed at Transforming Kenya's economy, politics and social affairs to turn the country into a newly industrialising middle-income nation by the year 2030.
During the MPTV-IV period ending in 2027, the government is investing in agricultural production, value addition, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and the digital and creative economy.
The aim is to create wealth and shared prosperity for all citizens without distinction.
