Chavakali High School Students carrying the casket of their fellow student Joseph Mwadulo who perished in a road accident. The burial was held Friday, April 12, 2024.

Joseph Mwadulo, son of Mugiithi singer KarehB has been laid to rest, at his parent's home in Kimangaru, Embu County.

Mwadulo, a student of Chavakali High School in Vihiga county, died in an accident.

The accident happened at Mamboleo Junction in Kisumu County on April 1, 2024.

Mourners met at the Kenyatta University mortuary before proceeding to Embu for a church service and then proceeded to the burial site.

The burial ceremony was attended by family, friends, teachers, and students of Chavakali Boys' High School where the 17-year-old had been schooling.

Celebrities who attended were Jacquey Nyaminde - Wilbroda Shirandula, Nyambura Wa Kabue, Shix Kapienga - Tasha, Wanjiku The Teacher, Njeri ithaga riene, Jose Gatutura, Terence Creative, Kamoko Wanjiru Wa Waya Joyce and Wamamaa Wanja asali Mtoto wakiambu 

Mwadulo succumbed to a road accident on his way from school.

While celebrating her son, the singer said she is proud of him.

"My Son you have made me PROUD!....the tributes are so encouraging. It takes a village to bring up a child....but you have single-handedly brought the Nation together...We Love You Forever...Long live Dulo."

The news of the death of Mwadulo was announced by Mugiithi singer Jose Gatutura.

Fellow Mugithii singer Jose Gatutura also paid his tribute.

"Am sorry to hear about the passing ofKarehB's Son "Joseph" who was yesterday involved in a road accident. May God comfort you and give you peace that surpasses all human understanding in these difficult moments," Gatutura wrote on Instagram.

Adding:

"To all friends and fellow artists, The preparations for KarehB 's son are ongoing at Blue springs hotel Thika road everyday from 6pm."

May his soul rest in peace.
