Nairobi Central Business District was on Wednesday full of learners from various schools in the country.

The learners were proceeding home after breaking for a 3-day half-term.

A majority of them will be reporting back to school on Sunday and Monday.

According to the Ministry of Education, Pre-primary, primary and secondary schools will have a 13-week first term and a half term for three days between February 29, 2024 and March 3, 2024.

The break presents the matatu industry with an opportunity to make a killing considering the transport services are highly demand.
