[PHOTOS] Ruto arrives for official opening of Nairobi Trade Fair

President William Ruto has arrived at the Nairobi Trade Fair for its official opening at the Jamhuri Park off Ngong Road.

Over 300 local and international exhibitors will be showcasing their innovations at the Trade Fair.

Ruto will officially open the fair and take part in the auctioning of livestock. 

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi will attend the ASK show on Thursday while Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua will be the chief guest on Friday.

Joseph Mugo, chairman Nairobi International Trade Fair said the trade fair seeks to embrace sustainable agriculture and cutting-edge technologies to drive economic growth while safeguarding the environment.

The fair is set to run till Saturday.
