Kenya Kwanza and Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition team conducting the bipartisan talks on Friday met at the Bomas of Kenya.
The Friday meeting was co-chaired by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and Majority leader Kimani Ichung'wah.
This is after they signed a framework policy for the dialogue on Wednesday.
The framework of the talks will be a binding document that will guide the dialogue and provide for the time frame.
