Kenyans and families of victims of the 1998 US Embassy bomb attack gathered at Memorial Park in Nairobi on Monday to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the terror attack.
The 1998 bombing blew up the Cooperative Bank house and killed 213 people while 4,000 were injured.
Families of victims and survivors were present and some went to light candles in memory of their loved ones who died from the attack.

US Ambassador to Kenya Meg Whitman also graced the commemoration.
Other leaders present were Narc-Kenya party leader Martha Karua, Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka and former Devolution Cabinet Secretary Eugine Wamalwa.
