President William Ruto on Thursday awarded a charter to the Open University of Kenya.
Ruto awarded the charter at the varsity's grounds in Konza Technopolis City in Machakos County.
Ruto was accompanied by Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, Education CS Ezekiel Machogu, ICT CS Eliud Owalo, Foreign Affairs CS Alfred Mutua, Tourism CS Penina Malonza and Lands CS Zachary Njeru.
Also present were, PSs and a section of local leaders led by Machakos Governor Mutula Kilonzo Jr.
