Motorists started overlapping, worsening the situation and leading to the mess.

Three people who were in critical condition were rushed to the nearest hospital.
Some of the injured were taken to Kiambu Level 5 Hospital.
The private vehicle was speeding before it collided with the passenger vehicle.
The accident occurred at around 7:30 pm.

According to Mirror UK, the accident took place in St Petersburg, Florida, US as the boy's family tried to rush him to the hospital when they lost control and crashed into a car
Emergency services were called and the child was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance with life-threatening injuries.
However, he was pronounced dead.
