Other thematic areas that will be discussed during the meeting include outlining functions of the office of Prime CS and its coordination role in the Executive Office of the President about ministries, departments and state agencies.
Others include familiarising PSs with frameworks for coordination, supervision and oversight of government business, discussing and agreeing on modalities for management and conduct of the affairs of the Principal Secretaries Committee.
They will also look at key issues touching on legislative drafting for the national government development agenda and parliamentary liaison.
In President William Ruto's reorganisation of government through Executive Order No 1 of 2023, Mudavadi was tasked with assisting the President and his deputy in coordinating and supervising ministries and state departments.
The Head of Public Service Felix Koskei, Attorney General Justin Muturi and Solicitor General Shadrack Mose are also present, among other senior government officials.
