Azimio leader Raila Odinga's 14-day ultimatum to President William Ruto elapsed on Wednesday, at midnight.

Kenyans have been eagerly waiting to see what the Opposition leader will do next.

Will he proceed with the mass action threat? Will he chicken out? These are the only two outcomes expected.

However, Raila has remained silent for the better part of the day.

The Star has, however, established that the former Prime Minister could swing into action at any time.

He is expected to address Kenyans and announce his next move.

If pictures shared by the ODM party are something to go by, then the former PM is definitely up to something and it is just a matter of when?

In the pictures, Raila is seen in combat uniform.

The Orange party tweeted with the caption "Get set" in one of the photos.

This comes even as Azimio la Umoja on Wednesday accused President Ruto of playing blame games instead of fixing the economy as he promised during campaigns.

They also asked the president six questions to which they said if there were no answers, they would start following those tasked with the dockets for answers.

"Our questions to William Ruto, Gachagua, the team at National Treasury and the so-called council of economic advisers are:

When are things going to get better?

When will the shilling stop falling and losing to other currencies?

When will the shortage of dollar end?

When will the price of essential commodities come down?

What is the plan? Can the plan be shared with Kenyans?
