First Lady Rachael Ruto on Sunday attended the 27th Ordinary General Assembly of the Organization of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD) in Addis Ababa.

During the assembly, the First Lady delivered the remarks of the First Lady of The United States Of America Jill Biden.

This year's theme, "Closing Gaps in Gender Equity," was extensively discussed.
