[PHOTOS] Kenyans turn up for National Prayer Day

Kenyans on Tuesday trooped to Nyayo National Stadium, Nairobi to attend National Prayer Day.

First Lady Rachael Ruto and Second lady Pastor Dorcas Gachagua are among the dignitaries who were at the stadium.

The first lady and second lady both were in white dresses.

Kenyans wore caps with the Kenyan flag and raised flags on their hands while praying.

This is after President William Ruto invited Kenyans from all walks of life to take some time on Valentine's Day and say prayers for the nation.

The president said the government had already set aside seeds for the planting season, but the plans cannot succeed if God does not provide rain.
