President William Ruto on Sunday morning is at Kirinyaga County for an Interdenominational Thanksgiving Service.

The service is taking place at the Kerugoya Stadium starting 9 am.

He has been accompanied by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru among other leaders.

Waiguru had met the clergy together with other leaders from the region on Friday ahead of the service.
