[PHOTOS] Ruto visits Smart city in Seoul

President William Ruto on Thursday visited Smart city in Seoul.

Ruto is in the country for a three-day state visit on the invitation of President Yoon Suk Yeol.

He is expected to hold bilateral talks with Yeol, with an aim to strengthen economic ties and cooperation in ICT, education, pharmaceutical and infrastructure.

Ruto on Tuesday met with the Kenyan community living in South Korea.
