Leaders from both Azimio and Kenya Kwanza Alliance had an opportunity to interact after President William Ruto opened the 13th Parliament.
The Parliament had organized a cocktail event after Thursday's serssion.
After the short maiden speech, leaders were directed to the Parliament's courtyard to have drinks and chat.
In attendance were Ruto and his Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, IEBC chairperson Wafula Chebukati and former Chief Justice David Maraga.
Incumbent CJ Martha Koome and her deputy Philomena Mwilu were present at Parliament.
First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto and Gachagua's wife Dorcas Gachagua also attended the session.
Prime Cabinet Secretary nominee Musalia Mudavadi and most of the newly appointed Cabinet secretaries were equally present.
