The court had received seven petitions challenging the IEBC's declaration of Ruto as the fifth president-elect.
Some of the lawyers presented at Milimani Courts during the judgement included Senior Counsel James Orengo and lawyers Philip Murgor, Daniel Maanzo (Makueni Governor) and Julie Soweto who represented ODM leader Raila Odinga.
Others present were Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia, lawyer Kithure Kindiki, and Prof Kivutha Kibwana (Makueni former governor) who were part of Ruto's legal team.
Lawyer Willis Otieno was also in attendance. He represented petitioner David Kariuki.
Ruto is expected to be sworn in as the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya on September 13.
