Rongai MP Raymond Moi has expressed confidence that he will retain his seat for the third time.
Speaking on Monday after casting his vote at Mercy Njeri Primary School polling centre, the Moi scion said his work as MP for two terms will earn him the seat.
"I believe at the end of the day, I'm the winner. I will prevail not because of my name but because of the work that I have done for the people of Rongai," he said.
However, Moi complained about the low voter turnout at the polling centre and urged his supporters to come out in large numbers and vote for him.
Voting in areas where the exercise was postponed on August 9 was held on Monday, August 29.
Elections were also being held in Kitui Rural, Pokot South and Kacheliba constituencies.
Mombasa and Kakamega governor elections were also postponed.
The elections have been postponed twice. They were first postponed because of a mix up in the printing of ballot papers.
During the second postponement, IEBC chairman Chebukati cited threats and intimidation as the reason why the poll could not be held on August 23.
