ODM party leader Raila Odinga on Wednesday toured Kajiado county in the hunt for votes.
He was accompanied by his political allies who supports his Azimio La Umoja movement.
In attendance was Mombasa governor Hassan Joho, Kajiado Governor Joseph ole Lenku, Suna East MP Junet Mohamed, Narok Senator Ledama Olekina, Gatanga MP Peter Kenneth among other leaders.
Raila is aspiring to be the 5th president of the Republic of Kenya.
Speaking during his rally in Kajiado, he urged all citizens to register as voters so that they can decide on their next leaders come August 9, polls.
Raila expressed confidence in his ability to turn around the country's economy.
"I will look into matters that affect citizens and always have their best interests at heart," he said.
Some of the issues that he said he will work on are corruption, health, education and farming.
He promised to help the less fortunate and single parents who are stuck in poverty.
On unity, he said his mission is to bring all tribes and give service to every citizen regardless of race or religion.
